How many apps can I create with my Reseller account and at what price?

With our White Label App Reseller program, you can create an unlimited number of apps. You have access to a dedicated management interface from where you build your apps. The subscription is at a set price, allowing you to create 10 or 10 000 apps if you wish. Note that additional costs apply to distribute iOS apps on the App Store.

Are there any additional costs for iOS?

Your reseller subscription allows you to build an unlimited number of iOS apps. However you will have to create an Apple developer account under the name of each of your clients to publish their app on the App Store. The developer account cost 99€/year. GoodBarber does not charge any additional fees for iOS apps that are distributed outside of the App Store, as part of the Apple Developer Enterprise Program. On the other hand, for each request to distribute an app in the App Store, if GoodBarber takes care of it, a verification fee is charged for an amount of 50€/app (1st publication + 4 updates).

Are there any additional costs for Android?

Your reseller subscription allows you to build an unlimited number of Android apps. However you will have to create a Google Publisher account under the name of each of your clients to publish their app on Google Play. A Google publisher account costs 25€ (one-time fee)> If you want to publish the app yourself, GoodBarber does not charge any fee. If you prefer to let our team take care of the publication, there is a 50€ fee (initial publication + 4 updates).

Does the reseller offer white label apps?

Yes, the White Label option is included in all Resellers subscriptions. Except for the Alpha Project, the GoodBarber brand won’t appear on any apps nor any back office.

Is it possible to build extra features on top of GoodBarber?

Of course you can. This is possible for both content and eCommerce apps. As a Reseller, you can use the "Custom code" sections to develop specific features on your app. To do this, you'll need skills in the following programming languages: html, javascript, css. But that's not all: you can also gain access to your app's hidden settings file, which enables advanced design customization. What's more, you can set up automation processes between your app and external tools via public APIs, or thanks to no-code tools for which we offer extensions: we're talking here about Zapier and Make, two no-code platforms enabling you to connect an app to thousands of services such as Gmail, Excel or Mailchimp. GoodBarber also lets you import content hosted on other platforms directly into your app, thanks to custom feeds. Finally, if you don't have the necessary resources, you can rely on our team of experts, who offer custom developments for resellers. How do I get help building my apps?

You can contact our support team via a ticketing system, directly from the back office of each app. They will be happy to answer any questions regarding the use of GoodBarber. As a Reseller, you also have access to an online training program with an Account Manager.

How to organize and manage my apps ?

As a Reseller, you have access to a dashboard that allows you to access the list of all your apps. You can also directly create new apps from this tool and view the publication status of each app on the different platforms (Web, Android and iOS).

How do my clients manage their apps?

You give your customers access to their app backend, choosing exactly which sections you want them to contribute to and which ones you want to restrict the access to. Sending push notifications, monitoring stats, creating ad campaigns, publishing content...it is your call to decide which pages you want them to see.

Can I replace an existing app on the Stores with an app created with GoodBarber?

It's possible. Once you’ve built your app with GoodBarber, all you need to do is submit an update for this app to the Store. To do this, you (or your client) must own the Apple Developer and Google Publisher accounts that were used to publish the app. End users (who have downloaded the app) will only have to update it on their smartphone (no need to re-download the app).

How should I price the apps I create ?

GoodBarber does not intervene in the business relationship between you and your client. We do not take any commission on your sales. So you have the flexibility to sell the app at the price you want. To establish pricing, you must take into account the creation of the app itself, but not only. An app requires regular updates, your client will surely ask you for that. In addition, your client may contact you several times a year to request changes. You have to remember to include these services in your pricing. Finally, don’t forget to do a market research to know the budgets of your target audience and competitors in your sector.

What is the Alpha Project?

When you create your reseller account, you are required to choose one project that will become the leading project of your agency.
This project is called the alpha project.
The alpha project can NOT be modified after the creation of the agency (please choose it carefully) and is never published.
The primary purpose of the alpha project is the billing of your agency (your Reseller subscription is attached to this project)
The alpha project is not white label.

Do you have a public API ?

For Shopping apps, you can use our public API for inventory management, order management, shipment tracking and product catalog. This will allow you to make your clients' lives easier by automating some of their logistical tasks.

Can I connect GoodBarber to Zapier ?

Yes it is possible.Thanks to Zapier, you can connect your clients' apps to several thousand external services. You will be able to automate repetitive operations between GoodBarber apps and other tools. For example, a new user registered in an app of one of your clients can trigger the creation of this user in the Mailchimp account of your client automatically. And vice versa. All this, of course, without writing a line of code. Thanks to this option, you can interconnect your clients' apps with all types of external services and expand your range of services.

Do you provide custom developments ?

GoodBarber Service+ can develop custom modules for eCommerce Apps. There is the possibility to synchronize the product catalog of an app with an external catalog, to open new sales channels (Facebook/Instagram, Google Shopping..), to receive white label notifications (or SMS) for each order, to issue invoices for offline payments and finally to connect your app via an API with external tools.
